My skincare routine : 100% natural / organic, anti acne and dehydratation ! - Part II : The day.

I presented you my night routine and so today I'm back with the second part : the day routine.

◘ The day :

1. I CLEAN :

          I use my micellar water : the Eau Nettoyante Démaquillante Bio* from Mixa Expert Peau Sensible*.

          The micellar water's good point is that I use it to both refresh my face and clean it, without breaking the hydrolipidic film.

♣ Ingredients list :

  2. I ACTIVATE THE MICRO-CIRCULATION :

          Then I apply the Floral Water of Organic Hamamélis, here it's one from Herbes et Traditions, and it is advised to activate the micro-circulation since it's rich in flavonoids.

          It helps reducing the face's redness, calming inflammations and is supposed to even heal varicose veins and sprains, (about the varicose veins, I HAVE to try, I'll talk about it if a miracle occures. ;)).

           It is antioxidant, antiseptic and astringent. That way, it allows you to purify oily skins with imperfections, but also to regulate the micro-circulation, and finally to disinfect and even heal any lesion. And many other things ! (It is rumoured to even help with hemorroids or dandruffs !)

          As for me, I use it to lessen my redness on my cheekbones and by doing so, unify my skin tone.
          I spray it on my face and then I tap gently with my hands to activate the circulation. I try as much as I can to tap my nose's wings too, which are very red.
          Generally, my redness really has decreased. But I still have some, not gonna lie. This being said, I can really see the difference compared to "before utilisation".

  3. I TAKE OFF IMPURITIES :

          Next, I spray my face with the Clarifying Toner from Dr. Haushka.

          I use it to get the impurities off my skin, balance it and help the pores to tighten. I spray it on my face and help it get into my skin with the warmth of my fingers. About the scent, I didn't like it during my first times using it, I prefered to scent from the Facial Toner, but I got used to it and it doesn't bother me anymore.

          Thanks to the Clarifying Toner, I no longer have any excess sebum so no more shiny skin as well. (Well, let's relativize things here : I clearly have a less oily skin, but it still products a bit of sebum, or else I'd be cured from acne. What I mean by that is that I no longer have the "dancing ball" appearance, with the T zone shining.) So, since the skin products less sebum, I get less microcystes, and other black heads. The pores being less full, they stop getting larger.
          So in the end, the skin gets an healthier look, more balanced and radious.

And that's it ! That was my skincare routine !

          So, I don't know if you would have noticed, but I don't apply any moisturizing cream. If the products I use have as a purpose to clean up and balance my skin, they absolutely don't dry it : even better, they hydrate my skin themselves. The hazelnut oil nourrishes, the Facial Toner helps my skin to regenerate, the hamamelis flower water has antioxidant proprieties and the Clarifying Toner calms any inflammation. Let's say that my skin has never been treated so good ! (Yes, pun intended !)
          If I really feel that I need to, then I use the Matifying Fluid Moisturizing from Avène, but it's quite rare. This is the first time that my skin doesn't get totally dry, I'm quite impressed.

          A little something to know : since I've worked on the posts, I've finished my Facial Toner, along with my essential tea tree oil. Honestly, as much as I think I'll buy again the Facial Toner since it helps me get rid of my marks, I don't think that I still need the tea tree essential oil. So, what I do is that I use the Clarifying Toner during both morning and evening. And sometimes, I even go to the point of cleaning my face with the micellar water during the afternoon, and putting once again the Clarifying Toner.

          Another advantage, is that I can respect that routine even before putting makeup on : once the flower water and toner have gotten into my skin, I can apply my cream Pore Refiner from Bioderma which I also use as a primer.

What about the results ?

          I let you see them for yourself with the pictures but I'm very happy with the improvement of my skin compared to before. Of course, no miracle, it's still a skin with acne, this being said, it's way healthier than it was with the treatments I got from dermatologist.
          I have almost no more black heads, my pores are way less dilated, and my redness has decreased. I mainly have microcystes left but at least, the production of sebum is not excessive - like it used to be. All of that without getting my skin dried out when I used to have drying marks on my skin : I haven't gotten any in months !
          In the end, we can use natural products and get results. Well, then, of course, a product Dr. Hauschka doesn't cost the same price as your regular acne product, but between paying a high price and getting a result, or paying less but getting no improvement, the choice is easily made for me ...
