Let's start this haul of three M·A·C products :

Let's start with one of my must-have : it is the lipstick Taupe, which costs 18 euros and that I like a lot. By the way, I love M·A·C partly because there I find a big choice of brown lipsticks. And on top of that, they make mat ones : what else do you want* ?! (Cheaper prices.)
*In my French article I wrote : << que demande le peuple ?! >> which is a saying that means : "what does the people ask for ?!". Does that exist in English ? Or is there any expression like that ? I'm pretty curious.
What's nice :
• The flexible pigmentation : it is not dark at the first use, so you can increase the brown's intensity on your lips as you like it.
• The texture : knowing that it is a mat, it is not very greasy, which avoids the shiny, runny aspect. On the opposite it is just a little creamy in order to make the application pleasant.
• The appearance : a very natural look : clear and light if you only put a thin layer, or more intense, with lightly copper-colored shades.
• Its lasting : very satisfying ! Of course, when you eat and drink, it fades, but it always leave a trace, nevertheless, on your lips. And brown color's advantage is that it is not a bother if it fades away, the result isn't horrible, not like with a red lipstick, that you have to re-put on when it's gone.
• The scent : very nice. Yes, I know, it is a bit surprising to mention the scent, but personally, I like it when my lipstick does not smell like chimical products. But there, the scent is almost sugary and a bit hot.
• The taste : because let's not forget that it is something that we put on our lips, and so we "eat" it. So when the lipstick tastes bad, it's bothering ! Here you won't particularly lick your lips to eat it, but you won't make a face either !
What's bad :
• The packaging : well, I don't know if I'm the only one thinking this way, but seeing the price and the brand's reputation, I was expecting some more sophisticated packagings, a bit more flattering. Well, it is not the most important thing, of course, but it is in my opinion a little negative point.

Secondly, let me talk to you about a concealer that I totally fell in love with ! (And my mother too !) It is the Select Moisturecover in shade NW20 costing 17,50 euros.
What's nice :
• Its moisturizing effect : which nourishes the skin and constitutes a big advantage for dry skins.
• Its coverage : that I honestly was not expecting, because it's very liquid. But it hides very well (its game*, haha ! ... No ?... Ok, no.), almost perfectly my dark rings. And most of all, it erases my imperfections in artificial light, (the sun is a big traitor that always reveals a lot more imperfections), and lessens my redness.
* Cacher son jeu = "Hiding one's game", a French saying which means that someone does not show what he is capable of and then surprises others. Not sure if used in English ?
• The applicator brush : which allows to display the product on the skin or to target an imperfection.
• The shades scale : which counts 14.
• Its look : like a foundation. Honestly, when I use it, I already have a second skin aspect. I put on top my BB Cream Kiko, and hop, done !
Good to know : in order to obtain an optimal finition, you need to pat the product, and not try to spread it all. (You can spread it a bit, but need to always end up by patting it with your fingers.) By doing so, you will allow a better penetration of the product and avoid any mark. It will look more natural.
What's bad :
• The scent : of alcohol, chimical product, almost reminding me of some house cleaners products.
• Its little shiny side : certainly due to the liquid composition and its moistrizing side. Nothing too terrible either and you still can obtain a "mat" effect by adding a matifying powder.

• The iridescent aspect : which participate to the copper look and stays relatively discrete if you don't put too much.
• The way it lastes : all day long.

• Its iridescent aspect : which is both a good and bad point for me : because I don't really like shiny blushes, (so when they have glitter, it's really difficult for me to wear them).
