Hi my loves ! How are you ? Today I have a haul on the brushes RealTechniques for you ! I start right now 'cause there are a lot !
First of all, if you wonder where I got this well known brand's brushes, it was on the website iHerb. You probably already know it, since it is quite popular.
And if you know it, then you know that they have a very VERY nice habit : at the first purchase already, you get $5 off on your first purchase or $10 off if you buy for an amount of $40 or more !
And on top of that, on each purchase, (starting from the first one), you get a code that you share around you. In other words, you get rewarded for buying on the website ! The code allows the people to whom you give it to get $5 off : so if you use my code on your first purchase, you'll get $10 off ! Crazy right ?! And when someone use your code, you get some "credits" that you collect and which allow you to get other discounts.
If starting on your first purchase, you buy for $40 or more, you get a discount of $10, (I don't think that you can add them to the $10 off for any purchase of $40 or more, if I understood correctly $10 is the higher discount, but maybe can you !).
Okay, it's a bit complicated, isn't it ? I sum it up !
• First purchase :
- you buy for less than $40 you get $5 off
- you buy for $40 or more, you get $10 off.
• Code :
- with my code, you get $5 off
- if it is your first purchase on the e-shop, you can add the discounts : - $10 !
- if it is your first purchase and that it is equal to or more than $40 you get $10 off, (you MIGHT BE ABLE to add the discounts, NEEDS TO BE CHECKED).

And now, let's start the haul !
I bought two kits on the website :
◘ Your Base/Flawless, Core Collection, 4 Brushes + Case
Spécial kit of 4 "basics" brushes for the face.
◘ Your Eyes/Enhanced Starter Set, 5 Brushes + Case
Kit of 5 "essentials" brushes for the eyes.
They each cost $18 on iHerb and on RealTechniques. I chose the first price for the shipping cost, ($4), but it took 3 weeks to be shipped, (which I still find very correct since it comes from the USA and that I live in France). I had the chance to have an exceptional -10% off. In the end I paid $31,90.

I use it to apply my foundation/BB Cream, and it's very nice ! It spreads the product without having the bristles drawing some streaks on my skin. The brush is very soft, like the other ones. Only little bad point if I'm being a stickler for detail
: my brush lost some bristles, but really not that much, (like three or four), so I'm happy !

I truly like this one because I find it versatile : I do my contouring with it, but I think that it must be useful to put some highlighter.
○ Pointed Foundation Brush :

A traditional foundation brush, it's smaller than the one that I have from Sephora, but personally, I prefer that, because I happen to use it under the eyes, to apply some BB cream on top of my concealer for example.
○ Detailer Brush :
A always really useful brush, to have for some corrections with your concealer or even to better apply your foundation on the wings of the nose.

As its name says it, this one is used to blend the eyeshadows in the crease. Its head is a little bit round and dense, it mixes smoothly the eyeshadows, allowing you to graduate the intensity of the color. I love it !
○ Base Shadow Brush :

It is an ovale brush, a little bit flattened which makes the application of the eyeshadow really easy.

Really tiny brush, flat and lightly oval, really useful for the inner V of the eye the upper and bottom lashline, or even for the outer V, when you want to lightly add or intensify a color. It's nice !

I would have been really happy with this brush if it did not have a part of its bristles spread. But I still manage to use it, by wetting it, (which gets the dristles stuck together). I really like to use it with a black eyeshadow as my eyeliner to get a less intense black than by using a liquid or gel liner.

When I saw this brush, honestly I got afraid, haha ! I was like : "But it's way too big !", but in the end, since it is beveled edged, you manage to work on your eyebrows with it. However, you have to be very delicate when you get to the tiny part of it, which is a bit bothersome if you are in a hurry ! Yet, for the bigger part, it's really great !

I love it ! It's really useful because you can use it as an holder when using your brushes. Great also to keep your brushes and take them on a trip.
