I moisturize my body with ass's milk : call me Cleopatra !

In today's post I talk about hydratatión, (pronounce idratassiône), because during winter, it's kind of what we desesperately are looking for, isn't it ?

          We have to always moisturize our skin, but most specifically during winter, when the whole body needs it. This being said, I don't know about you, but personally, I hate all these thick creams and other butters which are sooo ... greasy. So I look for fluids, dry oils, anyway, something that moisturize, but without leaving our lil' hands tacky and the skin sticky.

          Lately, I've been using Mon Lait d'Ânesse from SO' BIO étic, (English website), which, as said on the packaging, is a lait corps soyeux (= silky body milk). It has the benefit of being very light and most of all, to penetrate quickly the skin.

          The presence of ass's milk guaranties a supply in vitamines A, B, C, D and E and also of fatty acid. It is believed to act as a skin tensor which helps slowing down its ageing.






          Be careful, the moisturizing power is limitated, it is not a skin care that I advise - or at least not on its own - if you already have a very dry skin. However it is ideal to maintain the skin hydratation and also prevent its ageing.

          What's really great is that, once you make the milk penetrate the skin, it only leaves a light silky film on the skin, but no sensation of stickiness. You can use it and put clothes on without waiting, which is perfect to bring hydratation to your body for the day, even before going to school or to work.









          Another good point : the presence of ass's milk participates in helping the skin regenerates itself, that's why it is advised for problem skins or atopic ones, (eczema, etc.).

          Mon lait d'Ânesse also contains some organic aloe vera which is advised for skin sicknesses and which is known to be generative and protective, and some organic shea butter, very nourishing.

          Its scent is very light and quite pleasant. I regret however the presence of perfume, (fragrance), in the composition, since it comes along with alcohol.

          The milk costs 7,60€, (=8,5 USD), and is showed in a plastic bottle with a little cap really useful, (it allows us to control the product quantity, because if it was about pouring the milk directly from the bottle, it would be annoying).

          Be careful, its main asset is to be a natural milk, more than an organic one : 98% of the total of ingredients is from natural origins and only 20% of the total of the ingredients is from organic agriculture.

        About the result, it softens the skin, replumping it, it gives it back brightness along with its hydratation. The skin is soft to the touch and carries a delicate and fresh scent.

     And you, have you already tried some products with ass's milk ? I think that I'll keep trying other products from the same category. I won't forget to talk to you about it if I do ! ;)
